01Right to Cancel
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the services provided by PM Automations, you may request cancellation of your subscription or recurring service by providing written notice to info@pmautomations.ai.
For recurring subscription services, clients must provide a minimum of thirty (30) calendar days’ written notice prior to the desired cancellation date.
For eligible implementation, onboarding, consulting, development, or AI Buildout services, refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the original purchase date.

02Refund Procedure
Upon receipt of a refund request, PM Automations will review the account and purchase details to determine eligibility under this policy.
To process a refund request, we may require supporting documentation including, but not limited to:
- Proof of purchase
- Invoice number
- Account information
- Project or subscription details
If a refund request is approved, refunds will be processed within thirty (30) calendar days of approval and returned to the original payment method whenever possible.
03Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be granted under the following conditions:
- The refund request is submitted within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase date.
- Implementation, onboarding, consulting, development, automation setup, or AI Buildout work has not been substantially completed.
- The request complies with the terms outlined in this policy.
- No significant project resources have been allocated beyond the initial planning phase.
04Non-Refundable Services
The following services are generally non-refundable:
- AI Buildout Fees
- Implementation Fees
- Setup Fees
- CRM Configuration Fees
- Workflow Development Fees
- Automation Development Fees
- Integration Fees
- Consulting Services already rendered
- Subscription fees for periods already utilized
- Additional services, upgrades, deposits, or add-ons purchased in conjunction with PM Automations services
- Services that have been substantially completed or delivered
05AI Buildout and Project Fees
Certain PM Automations services require a one-time AI Buildout Fee or implementation fee prior to commencement of work.
These fees are used to cover:
- Discovery and planning sessions
- System architecture
- Workflow development
- AI agent development
- CRM configuration
- Software integrations
- Testing and deployment
- Project management
- Client onboarding
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, AI Buildout Fees and project implementation fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
06Exclusions
This Right to Cancel & Refund Policy does not apply to:
- Customized or bespoke solutions developed specifically for a client
- Custom software configurations
- Custom AI implementations
- Third-party software licensing fees
- Third-party service subscriptions
- Services purchased through third-party vendors, partners, or marketplaces
- Completed consulting, implementation, or development services
Such services may be governed by separate agreements or third-party refund policies.

08Amendment Clause
PM Automations reserves the right to modify or amend this Right to Cancel & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting on https://pmautomations.ai/.
Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
09Acceptance of Policy
By purchasing, subscribing to, or using services provided by PM Automations, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Right to Cancel & Refund Policy.
If you do not agree with this policy, you should discontinue use of our services and refrain from making future purchases.
