PM Automations, powered by HYPR Staffing, provides automation, AI, CRM, consulting, implementation, and related services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy.
03Eligibility
You represent that you have authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.
04Services
Services may include AI implementation, workflow automation, CRM configuration, AI agents, integrations, consulting, support, and related offerings.
05Payment Terms
All fees are due according to the applicable proposal, invoice, or subscription agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
06AI Buildout Fees
AI Buildout Fees cover discovery, architecture, implementation, workflow creation, AI agents, integrations, testing, deployment, and onboarding. These fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
07Subscriptions
Recurring services renew automatically unless cancelled with at least 30 days written notice to info@pmautomations.ai.
08Refunds
Unless otherwise stated in writing, implementation, setup, onboarding, consulting, development, and AI Buildout Fees are non-refundable after work begins. For full details, see our Right to Cancel & Refund Policy.
09Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely access, approvals, credentials, information, and cooperation necessary for service delivery.
10Intellectual Property
PM Automations and HYPR Staffing retain ownership of proprietary methodologies, templates, software configurations, frameworks, trademarks, and intellectual property. Custom deliverables are governed by the applicable agreement.
11Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect confidential information and use it only for purposes related to the services.
12SMS Communications
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from PM Automations. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. SMS consent data is not shared for third-party marketing.
13Disclaimers
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. No guarantee is made regarding revenue, lead generation, business growth, uptime, or specific outcomes.
14Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PM Automations and HYPR Staffing are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
15Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless PM Automations and HYPR Staffing from claims arising from client content, misuse, violations of law, or breach of these Terms.
16Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
17Termination
Services may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, breach, unlawful activity, or other material violations.
18Governing Law and Disputes
Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. Applicable governing law shall apply as permitted by the parties’ agreement.
19Modifications
PM Automations may update these Terms from time to time by posting revised versions at https://pmautomations.ai/.
