PM Automations on-call alerts are text messages for property-management staff and PM Automations’ own on-call team. When a resident reports an emergency — no heat, a leak, a fire or a gas smell — the staff member on call gets a text naming the emergency and the work order, with a link to acknowledge it, followed by a phone call. Residents do not receive these messages.
How to sign up
Text ONCALL to (979) 473-6636. You will get one confirmation text. Signing up is optional; staff who do not sign up are reached by phone call instead.
Message frequency varies with your on-call shifts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP at any time to stop; you will get one confirmation and no more texts.
